When you logged on into your project you see the main window. The main window contains a row of finesses that makes it easy to find what you are searching for. All lists are headers and they are click on enabled, which means that you can sort the content after your own wishes. In the main window file list there are several views. Under the current tab is only the last version of each file, but you can also see revision files and including the erased files during respective tab. This makes it possible to you to see the last version of a file, but also see earlier saved versions of the same file. The files and other information in Dox are stored in easy understandable folder structure. The folder structure makes it easy to go where you have the information stored. You can choose to click on all folders and then to see all files and messages that are stored in your project, which you have access to. You can easily add and erase files from the folder structure. In the main window, you can use different tabs to which files to see, messages or contacts.  

The spread security thinking in Doxcentral begins directly at log in. Only registered members can log on to Doxcentral. All members get their unique user name and respective password, they can change this how often they want to. If you forget the password you can get another one through e-mail. When a member is added to a project this user gets a mail containing the project address and his login settings. This facilitates for project responsible, that he doesn’t need to this alone, instead Doxcentral is doing this task.

In Doxcentral files and other information is stored in a file structure similar to Windows. The content is decided of the project and can vary from members to members. In other word, the project administrator gives different user rights to different users, this makes that members only can see files that they have rights to see. This is done via an administrator window where the project administrator puts members in different groups that they should have various rights to. On this way, members get access to correct information. This gives both higher security in the project and that the work to be rendered more effective.

In Dox can order prints, convert and distribute files you have chosen. You mark the files that you want to copy. You can fill in additional information around these, for example labeling, project names and project numbers. Choose also what you want to copy your files. Then, choose a recipient and fulfils in what respective receivers will have. Numbers rounds of entire bare, half peel or documents and any comment.

You decide who is paying for the commission, you as order responsible comes up as automatic choice. A summary is given there you can check that everything is correct, in order to since send away the files. When you send the order you get a mail that shows everything you have done.
